John Schilling is a Partner, leads the Operations team for TPG Capital in the U.S. and E.U., and co-leads the healthcare team. Prior to joining TPG in 2011, John managed Sales and Marketing for the U.S. pharmaceutical business at Abbott and was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. John received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke, a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins where he was a Bozzelli Scholar, and an M.D. from the University of Chicago where he received the Joseph A. Capps Award for the most outstanding student in clinical medicine. Thereafter, John conducted his residency training in surgery at Johns Hopkins. While at TPG, John has played leadership roles on TPG’s investments in Adare Pharmaceuticals, Aptalis, Beaver Visitec International, EnvisionRx, Immucor, and Par Pharmaceutical.

Alex Schwartz is a Vice President in TPG's Fundraising group based in New York, where he is focused on capital formation with investors in North America. Prior to joining TPG in 2016, Alex spent six years at Credit Suisse in New York, most recently in the Private Fund Group. Alex started his career in the Institutional Equities division of Credit Suisse. He received a BA in political science from Brown University.

Bill graduated with a BA in mathematics from Colgate University, and has an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. He currently serves on the Boards of Angie's Artisan Treats, Beautycounter and Elevance Renewable Sciences.

Todd Sisitsky is the Managing Partner of the TPG Capital business in the U.S. and E.U., and co-leads the firm’s investment activities in the healthcare services and pharmaceutical/medical device sectors. Todd serves on the executive committee of TPG Global. He has played leadership roles on TPG’s investments in Allogene, Aptalis, Biomet, Exactech, Fenwal, Healthscope, IASIS Healthcare, Immucor, IQVIA (and predecessor companies IMS Health and Quintiles), Par Pharmaceutical, and Surgical Care Affiliates. Todd is also the Chair of the Dartmouth Medical School Board of Advisors and a board member of Grassroot Soccer. Prior to joining TPG in 2003, Todd worked at Forstmann Little & Company and Oak Hill Capital Partners. He received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

Rebecca Sroge is a Field Operations Advisor at TPG Capital, where she focuses on the development and implementation of marketing and communications improvement initiatives at TPG’s portfolio companies.  Prior to joining TPG in 2014 and after spending almost 25 years on the advertising agency side, Rebecca was the General Manager, Marketing & Communications Operations at Abbott Labs/AbbVie.  Rebecca lives with her family in Brooklyn, New York.  She has served on several nonprofit boards including Shire Village and the Pheo & Para Alliance, and has been on the Google Health Advisory Board since its inception in 2013.

Nick Stengle is a Field Operations Advisor at TPG Capital, where he advises portfolio companies and leads major transformational projects.  Prior to joining TPG in 2018, he managed the operating P&L as the Corporate Vice President of North America Operations for HMSHost, the largest operator of food and beverage service in North American airports and motorways.  He previously worked at The Boston Consulting Group and began his career in the US Air Force as a Top Gun Instructor Pilot in the F-15E.  Nick received a BS as a Distinguished Graduate in Astronautical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and an MBA from Touro University.
