Gaurav Trehan is a Partner based in Mumbai. Since joining TPG in 2004, Gaurav has spent time in TPG’s Hong Kong and Mumbai offices and has evaluated and executed private equity transactions in India and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining TPG, he worked in the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructurings Department of Morgan Stanley in Menlo Park with a focus on the technology sector. Gaurav received a BS in Mathematics and Applied Science and Economics from UCLA. He serves on the Boards of Ess Kay Fincorp Ltd., Five-Star Business Finance Limited, Jana Capital Ltd., Manipal Health Enterprises Private Ltd., Shriram General Insurance Co Ltd., Shriram Life Insurance Co Ltd., and Union Bank of Colombo.

He previously served on the Boards of Lynda.com, Fenwal Therapeutics, HSM Electronic Protection Services, Sorenson Communications and, Triad Financial.

Angel Uribe is a Partner with TPG Growth. He has been leading investment efforts in Latin America since 2016, when he joined the firm as a Senior Advisor. Angel has led investments including Resultados Digitais and Digital House, and serves on the board of both companies. Before joining TPG Growth, Angel spent 15 years doing private equity investments in Latin America, mainly as a partner at Southern Cross Group, where he founded the firm’s Brazilian operation in 2007. Prior to that, Angel was CEO of Lagarde Winery in Argentina. Angel graduated as Agricultural Engineer from UCA University (ARG), followed by an MBA with honors from Austral University (ARG) and an Executive Program at Stanford University.

Jerome C. Vascellaro is a Partner and the Chief Strategy Officer of TPG and Chief Operating Officer of The Rise Fund. Prior to joining TPG in 2006, Jerome was a Senior Director at McKinsey & Company. During his 28 years at McKinsey, he served clients in a range of industries and held various leadership roles. Jerome received a BS degree, studying engineering and economics from Brown University, where he graduated with highest honors, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar. Jerome is a Fellow of the Board of Trustees and Fellows of Brown University. He is also Chairman of the California Academy of Sciences Board of Trustees. He is a former board member of the Echoing Green Foundation that supports exceptional leaders and the organizations that are solving deep-rooted social problems.

Prior to joining TPG in August 2018, Anilu was with Goldman Sachs for more than 11 years, where she most recently was the firm’s Global Head of Talent and Chief Diversity Officer. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Anilu was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group from 2002 to 2007. Anilu received a AB in History and Latin American Studies, cum laude, from Princeton University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. Anilu currently serves on the Board of LatinoJustice PRLDEF and the Fordham University School of Law Alumni Board.

Prior to joining The Rise Fund, Tom worked at LeapFrog Investments, where he was a leader on the Global Health investment team, sourcing and evaluating opportunities across Africa and Asia. Before LeapFrog, he was at CDC Group Plc, the British Sovereign Wealth Fund, where he analyzed direct investment opportunities in healthcare across South Asia and Africa. Tom has also been based in Kenya at Excelsior Firm, a PE advisory firm working with corporations and investors on investing in ICT and healthcare across Africa. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BA in Finance from Georgetown University.

Vivian Wan is an Managing Director at TPG Capital Asia based in Hong Kong, where she leads the human capital agenda of TPG’s portfolio companies in Asia. Prior to joining TPG in 2011, Vivian held various HR leadership positions with Intel Corporation, including Asia Strategic Staffing Director and China Human Resources Director. During her five years with Intel, Vivian focused on leadership pipeline building, countrywide workforce planning, as well as organization development and right-sizing. Prior to Intel, she was a Consultant with Heidrick & Struggles where she covered the private equity, technology, and insurance industries. Additionally, Vivian was a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company. Vivian received a PhD in physics from St. John’s College, University of Cambridge and an MSc and MA from New Hall, University of Cambridge.
