Jon Winkelried is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and a Partner of TPG based in San Francisco. Prior to joining TPG in 2015, Jon was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. for more than 27 years, until he retired in 2009 as President and Co-Chief Operating Officer. Jon received a BA in economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He serves on the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust and on the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Board of Overseers.

Eric Witt is a Director of Portfolio Operations at TPG Capital based in San Francisco, and has been with TPG since 2011. Eric works in TPG’s Industrials group and previously served as the SVP of Global Strategy and Business Development at Nexeo Solutions, a TPG portfolio company. Prior to Nexeo, Eric held leadership roles at Bain and Company and in JPMorganChase’s investment banking division. He received his MBA with distinction from INSEAD (France/Singapore) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard College.

Katherine Wood is with TPG Capital based San Francisco, where she focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. She currently serves on the Boards of LifeStance Health, Convey Health Solutions, Kadiant, Ellodi Pharmaceuticals and Neogene Therapeutics, and was previously on the Boards of Adare Pharmaceuticals and AskBio. She was involved in TPG’s investments in Allogene Therapeutics, Aptalis, EnvisionRx, IASIS and Par Pharmaceutical. Prior to joining TPG in 2009, Katherine worked in healthcare investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Katherine received a BS with Honors in molecular and cell biology from Stanford University, where she was on the varsity field hockey team, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Michael Woolhouse is the Managing Partner of TPG’s North American and European Secondaries business based in Toronto. Michael joined TPG in 2020 from CPP Investments where he most recently served as Head of Secondaries and previously served as CPP Investments’ Head of Secondaries and Co-Investments and, before that, as a Senior Principal in its Funds group. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2007, Michael was an investment banker with TD Securities in Toronto. He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.

Scott (ShinWon) Yoon is a Principal at TPG Capital Asia based in Seoul, where he works on TPG's investment efforts in Korea. Prior to joining TPG in 2017, Scott spent seven years at Morgan Stanley Private Equity where he was a Vice President focusing on the sourcing and execution of private equity investments in Korea. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Yoon spent three years as an equity analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co., covering the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Scott represents TPG on the board of directors of Kakao Mobility Corp. He previously served on the board of directors of Monalisa (Korea Stock Exchange Listed), Ssangyong C&B Inc., Nolboo Co., and Jeonju Paper. Scott is a graduate of Korea University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and also holds a Master's degree in Finance from London Business School.
