Mallory Brown is a Vice President with TPG in San Francisco, where she is on the Human Capital team, responsible for the Knowledge and Data management function. Prior to joining TPG, Mallory was Global Head of Digital Platforms and Global Head of Knowledge Management at management consulting and executive search firm Egon Zehnder in Palo Alto. Previously, Mallory worked in Egon Zehnder’s Berlin office as the global specialist for the health industry and specialized in C-level, Board, and top R&D positions for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology segments. Mallory earned a double MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.

Alastair Bushby is a Managing Director at TPG and Partner in TPG Growth and The Rise Funds, where he leads capital formation and business development for the global growth equity and societal impact funds. Prior to joining TPG in January 2014, he was an Investment Manager with AlpInvest Partners (Carlyle Group), responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing primary investments and stapled secondary transactions in North America, Latin America, and Europe. Previously he was with EuroConsult Capital and Citigroup Global Markets, where he was focused on international mergers & acquisitions and structured finance, respectively. Alastair received his BSc in International Management and German, with honors, from the University of Bath, UK.

Joseph Buss

Joseph Buss is a Managing Director at TPG Capital based in Chicago, where he focuses on fundraising as part of the Client and Capital Formation group. Prior to joining TPG in 2020, Joe was at PJT Park Hill where he focused on private equity, credit and infrastructure fundraising. Before Park Hill, Joe was a member of the Credit Suisse Private Fund Group, and prior to that had spent nine years at Goldman Sachs. Joe received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin Madison, and his MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Prior to joining TPG in 2011, Lydia was an Associate at HAO Capital, a Beijing-based early stage private equity fund focusing on growth-stage healthcare investments. Lydia graduated from Yale University with a BA in biomedical engineering and economics.

Prior to joining TPG in 2020, Tammie was the founding investment member of KKR’s technology growth equity fund, and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Tammie received a B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. in Economics from University of California at Berkeley, and earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

JJ received her MEng from University of Oxford.

Bruce Chesebrough is a Field Operations Advisor at TPG Capital, where he specializes in sales force effectiveness and has worked in more than 100 industries including: software, ecommerce, insurance, publishing, plastics, defense, building materials, engineering, chemicals, construction, medical equipment, IT infrastructure, distribution, third party logistics, and precision machining and fabrication. Prior to joining TPG, Bruce held positions as Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal and SVP, Global Sales and Marketing at Corbis Corporation. He holds a BA in economics from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and a former member of Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
