Vivian Wan is an Managing Director at TPG Capital Asia based in Hong Kong, where she leads the human capital agenda of TPG’s portfolio companies in Asia. Prior to joining TPG in 2011, Vivian held various HR leadership positions with Intel Corporation, including Asia Strategic Staffing Director and China Human Resources Director. During her five years with Intel, Vivian focused on leadership pipeline building, countrywide workforce planning, as well as organization development and right-sizing. Prior to Intel, she was a Consultant with Heidrick & Struggles where she covered the private equity, technology, and insurance industries. Additionally, Vivian was a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company. Vivian received a PhD in physics from St. John’s College, University of Cambridge and an MSc and MA from New Hall, University of Cambridge.

Jack Weingart

Jack Weingart is the Co-Managing Partner of the TPG Capital business, based in San Francisco. Between 2006 and 2017, he served as Managing Partner of the Funding Group, which comprises the firm’s fundraising and capital markets activities. Prior to joining TPG in 2006, Jack was a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co., responsible for managing the firm’s West Coast leveraged finance and financial sponsor business. Jack earned a BS in electrical engineering and computer sciences from the University of California at Berkeley and has served on the Boards of Chobani and the Awaso Hope Foundation.

Mike Weingart is a Field Operations Advisor at TPG Capital. Prior to joining TPG in 2010, Mike worked in a variety of procurement, operations and supply chain roles at Cerberus Capital, General Motors and BMW Manufacturing.  Mike supports TPG portfolio companies across the Capital, Growth, and RISE funds as a member of the Procurement Services Group, where he has developed TPG’s leverage procurement platform and supports individual companies with their sourcing and procurement strategies. Mike received his BA from Michigan State University in Supply Chain Management. Outside of TPG, Mike is on the board of North Coast Community Homes, a local non-profit that develops and maintains community based housing for people with developmental and mental disabilities.

Jim Williams is a Partner at TPG based in San Francisco, where he provides leadership and expertise for the firm’s efforts to engage with management teams and improve performance of portfolio companies. He focuses primarily on TPG Capital and TPG Real Estate. Prior to joining TPG in 1999, Jim served as President and Chief Executive of Kaiser/Group Health, and as Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategic Development for Kaiser Permanente. Previously, he was a Managing Partner of the Hay Group, a global management consulting firm. Jim earned a BS with Distinction and an MBA with Honors from the University of Southern California, where he was named the University’s Outstanding Scholar-Athlete. He serves or has served on the boards of several TPG companies, as well as on the Executive Committee and Board of the United States Golf Association. He is also involved in several charitable initiatives and organizations.

Steve Willmann is a Managing Director and the Treasurer for TPG based in Fort Worth, where he oversees all financing, foreign exchange, and cash management functions for the firm and its funds. Prior to joining TPG in 2007, Steve was a Vice President at JPMorgan, where he spent nine years in various corporate banking roles. Steve graduated from Texas Tech University and the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Trinity Valley School.

Jon Winkelried is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and a Partner of TPG based in San Francisco. Prior to joining TPG in 2015, Jon was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. for more than 27 years, until he retired in 2009 as President and Co-Chief Operating Officer. Jon received a BA in economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He serves on the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust and on the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Board of Overseers.

Eric Witt is a Director of Portfolio Operations at TPG Capital based in San Francisco, and has been with TPG since 2011. Eric works in TPG’s Industrials group and previously served as the SVP of Global Strategy and Business Development at Nexeo Solutions, a TPG portfolio company. Prior to Nexeo, Eric held leadership roles at Bain and Company and in JPMorganChase’s investment banking division. He received his MBA with distinction from INSEAD (France/Singapore) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard College.

Katherine received a BS with Honors in molecular and cell biology from Stanford University, where she was on the varsity field hockey team, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
