Who We Are
Andy Doyle is Partner on the internet and digital media team, based in San Francisco. Prior to joining TPG in 2017, he was Head of Operations at the publishing platform Medium, where he oversaw core business and commercial functions. Andy has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Williams College and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
Steve Duncan is a Vice President at TPG Capital based in Melbourne, and has been with TPG since 2020. Prior to joining TPG, Steve worked with CPE Capital across their Australia and Singapore offices. Steve holds a B.Commerce (Hons) Finance & Accounting from the University of New South Wales and a MBA jointly issued by Columbia Business School and London Business School.
David Dvorin is a Field Operations Advisor at TPG Capital, where he specializes in improving pricing strategies and pricing execution for the portfolio companies. David joined TPG in 2014 from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, where he worked as Senior Operating Executive, Revenue and Pricing. Before joining WCAS, David was Vice President of Global Strategic Pricing at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Director of Pricing at American Greetings, and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. He received a BS from the University of Michigan and an MPP from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Anna Edwin is a Managing Director at TPG based in San Francisco. In her role as Global Head of Talent Development, Anna leads the strategy for the performance management, talent management and diversity and inclusion efforts. Prior to joining TPG Anna worked at BlackRock, where she served as the Head of Leadership Development, and she also spent ten years at Goldman Sachs in Human Capital Management. Anna earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and she currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Deerfield Academy, an independent boarding school in MA.
Josh Eiseman is a Vice President at TPG Growth, based in San Francisco, where he focuses on investment opportunities in the healthcare sector. He is currently involved with TPG’s investments in Medical Solutions and GoHealth Urgent Care. Prior to joining TPG in 2015, Josh worked in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley in New York, focused on financial sponsor clients. Josh received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc from Georgetown University. Josh also serves on the board of the Youth Art Exchange.
Carlton Ellis joined TPG Capital in 2013 and is currently a Principal on the investment team for TPG Pace Group. Mr. Ellis began his career in investment banking at Citigroup and has received a B.B.A in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin.
Steve Ellis is the Co-Managing Partner for The Rise Fund. Prior to joining TPG in 2015, Steve was the CEO of Asurion, the world's leading provider of technology protection services, and a Global Managing Partner for Bain & Company. Steve is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Stanford Business School, where he is a regular guest lecturer. Steve also serves on the boards of The Bridgespan Group, DreamBox Learning, Everfi, and Charles Schwab.
Josh Evans is Head of Corporate Development and a Partner at TPG based in San Francisco, where he focuses on the firm's strategy and development of new investment platforms. Prior to joining TPG in 2010, Josh worked at Evercore Partners in the investment banking division, advising on M&A and restructurings. Josh is currently on the boards of NewQuest Capital Partners and The First Tee of San Francisco, where he serves on the Executive Committee as Treasurer. He graduated from the University of Colorado and is actively involved with the Leeds School of Business.
Kathy Fang is with TPG Capital and is based in San Francisco, where she focuses on internet and digital media investments. Prior to joining TPG in 2015, Kathy worked in technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Kathy received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science from MIT.
