Smita Gupta is a Field Operations Specialist at TPG Capital, where she focuses on onboarding and implementation of the TPG Leverage Programs at the portfolio companies. Prior to joining TPG in 2012, Smita served as a Manager in the Procurement & Supply Chain practice at PwC. Smita received a BA from University of Michigan.
Paul Hackwell is a Partner at TPG Capital and is based in San Francisco, where he leads the Consumer group. Paul joined TPG in 2006 and is a Board Director of Anastasia Beverly Hills, Arden Group (Gelson’s), Life Time Fitness, Rodan + Fields, and Viking Cruises. He was also involved in TPG’s investments in Adare Pharmaceuticals, Aptalis Pharma, AV Homes, Norwegian Cruise Line, Playa Hotels & Resorts, and Taylor Morrison. Paul holds an AB Summa Cum Laude from Princeton University, an MPhil from the University of Oxford, where he was a Keasbey Scholar, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
Joann Harris is the Chief Compliance Officer at TPG, based in Fort Worth. Prior to joining TPG in 2015, Joann served as an Assistant Regional Director of Enforcement and an Enforcement Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Joann received a JD from The Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University and a BS in accounting from the University of Arkansas.
Jawad Hasan is with TPG Capital based in San Francisco, where he focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining TPG, Jawad held positions at Navab Capital Partners, Apax Partners, and Soros Fund Management. Jawad received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Jeff Hawkins is an operating executive at TPG Capital based in San Francisco and has been with TPG since 2017. Jeff works in TPG's Field Operations Group with a focus on sales effectiveness and revenue growth, and previously held Partner roles in management consulting and senior operating roles in industry, including COO, Chief Commercial Officer, and Head of Sales. Jeff received his B.S. in business from the University of Maryland and his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
Jacqui Hawwa is a Principal at TPG Growth, based in San Francisco, where she focuses on investment opportunities in the Internet & Digital Media sector. Prior to joining TPG in 2019, Jacqui was a senior member of the investment team at GTCR, where she focused on the technology and technology-enabled services sector. She previously held roles at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Jacqui received a BS in Economics from Duke University and a MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Art Heidrich works across TPG Capital and TPG Growth focusing on technology investments, and is based in San Francisco. Art has been or is currently involved with TPG’s investments in Advent Software, C3.ai, Checkmarx, Digital.ai, Eze Software, IMS Health, RefleXion Medical, Sauce Labs, Sonatype, SunGard Data Systems, Vertafore, WellSky, and Wind River. Prior to joining TPG in 2011, Art worked in the Technology group at Morgan Stanley, where he advised on and executed M&A and corporate finance transactions. Art holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in economics from Stanford University. Art is a former board trustee of the Nueva School.
Tony Heldreth is a Field Operations Advisor focused on procurement and integrated supply chain and has been with TPG since August 2019. Tony supports a multi-industry portfolio of companies with experience in Healthcare, Building Materials, Industrials, and Automotive. Prior to joining TPG, Tony was the Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Owens Corning. Tony graduated from Randolph-Macon College.
Ross Hiatt is a Principal at TPG based in San Francisco, where focuses on Internet and Digital Media investment efforts for TPG Growth. Ross joined TPG in 2014 in Hong Kong where he was focused on Internet and Digital Media for TPG Capital and Growth in Asia. Prior to joining TPG, Ross was an Executive Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he spent almost 10 years based in New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. Most recently, he served as the Head of Asia Technology, Media and Telecom in Equity Capital Markets. Ross holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.
