Prior to joining TPG, Ross was an Executive Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he spent almost 10 years based in New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. Most recently, he served as the Head of Asia Technology, Media and Telecom in Equity Capital Markets. Ross holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.

Matt Hobart is Co-Managing Partner of TPG Growth based in San Francisco, where he oversees the platform’s healthcare group. Prior to joining TPG in 2004, Matt worked at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Matt graduated Summa Cum Laude from Miami University with a degree in Economics, and from Stanford University with an MBA. He currently sits on the Boards of Asia Healthcare Holdings, Evercare Health Holdings, GoHealth Urgent Care, Independent Pet Partners, Medical Solutions, Precision Medicine Group, Q-Centrix, and Reflexion Medical. Matt also serves on the Board of Trustees of San Francisco University High School.

Ben Holzemer is a Partner and Head of Global Human Capital at TPG based in San Francisco, where he focuses on building and enhancing leadership teams and boards for TPG’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining TPG in 2017, Ben was a Partner at Spencer Stuart, where he served as co-head of the firm’s North American region. Previously, he led the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in the Americas. His past client work includes board, CEO, and top leadership searches, as well as management assessment and succession planning for large public companies, private equity-backed companies, and growth-stage companies. Ben is a graduate of the UCLA with degrees in political science and Latin American studies. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Lucian Iancovici is a Principal with TPG Growth based in San Francisco, where he focuses on healthcare investing. Prior to joining TPG, Lucian was a GP at dRx Capital and led the Qualcomm Life Fund. Among the investments Lucian led or co-led are Edico Genome (acquired by Illumina) and Fitbit. Previously, Lucian worked at McKinsey & Company, where he worked in the North American healthcare practice advising on clinical- and business-model transformation for large hospital systems. Lucian is a board certified internal medicine doctor and practiced in New York prior to joining McKinsey and Company. Lucian trained in internal medicine at Columbia University Medical Center and completed both medical school and undergraduate studies at Tufts University.

Malcolm Jackson joined TPG Capital Asia in 2018 as a Managing Director and is based in Melbourne. He moved from Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities Group in London to Singapore in 2017, having spent the previous 16 years in London investing across FIG, infrastructure, healthcare, and leisure. Prior to joining the Tactical Opportunities Group, Malcolm was a Managing Director in the RBS Special Opportunities Fund. Malcolm received degrees in Law and Commerce from Otago University, becoming a Chartered Accountant and being admitted as a Barrister.
