TPG’s Debt Capital Markets team acts as an independent, fully functioning broker-dealer, with the ability to place a broad range of financing solutions, not only for our own portfolio, but also for capital providers outside of TPG.

TPG’s Debt Capital Markets team structures and executes new deal and acquisition financings across leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, and mezzanine debt (privately placed as well as syndicated). Additionally, we manage capital structures on an ongoing basis, including re-financings, re-pricings, hedging, amendments and extensions, and other services.

We combine the capabilities and independence of an investment bank with the ability to create bespoke solutions with management teams, providing a level of innovation and solutions-oriented financing that is distinct in the marketplace.
