We launched TPG Strategic Capital Fund (TSCF) in 2020 in response to an opportunity we saw to combine the expertise of our private equity business with the firm’s public equity investing capabilities to build long-term equity value in public companies. TSCF makes concentrated investments in public companies where we can work constructively with management and boards to drive meaningful strategic and operational transitions.

TSCF leverages the deep capabilities of the broader TPG platform to help strengthen governance and provide resources for strategic and operational improvement in our portfolio companies.

TSCF is currently investing out of a $1.1 billion fund.
