TPG AG Europe Real Estate has been investing in European real estate since 2009 and has acquired over $8 billion of properties in the region

Our strategy is pan-European, with a focus on major cities across the United Kingdom, Western Europe, and the Nordics. Our team of experienced real estate professionals is based in London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Milan.

We invest across the capital structure in a broad range of value-added risk opportunities. Our asset and capital restructuring skills allowed us to exploit meaningful inefficiencies in the European real estate market, which is highly fragmented and has few mid-market competitors.

We work closely with a network of approximately 50 local operating partners to identify opportunities, address operational underperformance, and execute value creation strategies. In addition, the firm’s long-standing relationships with banks, loan servicers, workout receivers, bankruptcy liquidators, and property owners enable us to acquire many assets through privately negotiated transactions.
